Seasoned industry exec joins JoyToken startup

Ethereum-backed online gambling platform and protocol Joy Gaming Ltd has welcomed seasoned iGaming executive and chief financial officer of Mr Green, Keld Knudsen, to its advisory board.

The Belize-headquartered startup has launched a new Cryptocurrency, JoyTokens, that will enable indie developers to be paid for their games each time they are played as punters play on the company’s newly launched online casino, PlayCosmo.

In addition, JoyToken will market its crypto services to the wider online gaming industry through a simple protocol integration and provide clients with a wallet in partnership with KYC management firm JUMIO.

CEO of JoyToken, Andrew MacDonald said: “We’re very excited that Keld is joining our team, and know that his experience as CFO of Mr Green will be invaluable to us as we embark on our TGE [Token Generation Event] this February.”
