SGC acquires majority stake in EsysnetG

Scientific Games Corporation (SGC) has acquired a majority stake in Brazil-based video bingo content developer E-SYS Techologia EM Informática (EsysnetG) for an undisclosed consideration.

SGC will expand its video bingo content through the acquisition which provides access to EsysnetG’s existing and future video bingo content for the development of online, mobile, and land-based games.

EsysnetG is a privately-held company founded by Mauricio Lara, who has a long history of developing math models, engines, and video bingo content for multiple markets, SGC said.
