Sheffield United FC deal for Ladbrokes

Online and land gambling group Ladbrokes plc has announced a three-year sponsorship agreement with the famous English football club Sheffield United FC. The deal includes Ladbrokes becoming the club’s official betting partner.

Ladbrokes has agreed to provide betting services at the club’s 32,000-seater Bramall Lane stadium, and sponsor club shirts bearing its brand, along with special promotions for club fans and social media and stadium publicity.

A Ladbrokes spokesperson said that the company looked forward to Sheffield making the English Premier League in the season ahead, whilst Sheffield United commercial chief Paul Reeves commented that the agreement gives club supporters special access to a top high street betting group with a solid reputation.
