The perils of launching online casinos have perhaps been illustrated again with the demise of Nexx Edge casino after only a few months of operations.
Earlier this month players logging in to the casino were abruptly advised in a website notice that it has closed down, and that all player accounts and funds had been arbitrarily transferred Jetbull Casino, which would be in contact with all registered players soon.
Prior to its shuttering, Nexx Edge was operated for the [unidentified] owners by the EveryMatrix group, which has around 80 online casinos in its stable, including Jetbull.
Back in February, an EveryMatrix press release announced the launch, describing Nexx Edge as offering live dealer and RNG casino action, along with sports betting and mobile facilities, with games from top suppliers like Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Play’n GO software licensed in Curaçao and Malta.
Nexx Edge business and marketing director, Dennis Greffard, was briefly active on some online casino forums, and the enterprise’s affiliate network was through Income Access.
