Sky Betting & Gaming acquire Core Gaming

HTML5 software developer CORE Gaming has reportedly been acquired by Sky Betting & Gaming for an undisclosed consideration.

The companies have shared a fruitful three-year relationship that has seen numerous exclusive content released to Sky Betting & Gaming platforms.

“CORE Gaming has been a key part of the our mobile casino success story and we believe their unique position to understand our customers and build great content for our players will further drive our gaming business forward,” Conor Grant, director at Sky Betting & Gaming said.

The company will continue “business as usual” with the retention of chief executive officer Justin Chamberlain.
