White label and platform provider SoftSwiss has introduced two new features in a platform upgrade designed to enhance casino operators’ player retention strategies.
Softswiss said its new limited-time tournaments are unique from other platforms in that various participation and winning criteria have been developed and introduced providing casino administrators a multitude of settings in which they can individualise each tournament offer.
Player participation in tournaments can be run in three ways: Automatic, confirmation based and buy-in based, while different prize award criteria can also be selected by participating operators.
The feature provides player leaderboards for each current tournament and automatic notifications.
Comp Points is a frequent player point feature offering redeemable points which can be exchanged for real money, bonuses or free spins, and status points which accumulate and remain on player accounts for as long as they are active. The latter is used to define player statuses in the casino, another feature Softswiss is gradually rolling out. Comp Points enable casino administrators the freedom to differentiate bonuses depending on player status.
