The interactive television gambling group NetPlayTV issued a Q2-2012 trading update Wednesday, reporting that the company had achieved a 78 percent increase in new depositing casino players to 12,958 (Q2 2011: 7,044) and 1 percent increase on Q1 2012.
There was a 54 percent increase in active depositing casino players to 22,647 (Q2 2011: 14,709) and 4 percent increase on Q1 2012.
A NetPlayTV spokesman said that the company was pleased with key performance indicators that are significantly ahead of the corresponding period last year.
“The growth in new depositing and total depositing customers year on year has resulted in a 48 percent increase in Q2 2012 average daily revenue versus Q2 2011,” he said. “Following a strong Q1, revenue has also increased by 3 percent quarter on quarter against the trend of Q2 being seasonally quieter than Q1.”
