Spanish gambling bill progresses

Trade Association AEDAPI has informed its members that the Senate, after changing some text, has approved and returned the Spanish draft gambling bill to the Congress.
Congress has subsequently approved the final version of the bill and AEDAPI estimates that June will be the month in which the bill will be validated.
AEDAPI makes note that the Senate has not approved an amendment relating to the legislation of live betting, that operators will be able to continue advertising until they receive licence approval and a percentage of revenues will be reinvested into Spanish sport.
