Spin Games in content deal with Everi Holding

Online gambling games developer Everi Holdings has inked a content distribution agreement with fellow developer and games distributor Spin Games in which the latter company will integrate gaming content from Everi with its HTML5 remote gaming server for distribution to North American and European online gambling markets.

A spokesman for Everi said Thursday that the deal would give Everi the benefit of Spin Games technology and the capability to distribute its online slot titles across diverse channels and to different Internet browsers.

Everi president and CEO Michael Rumbolz said that it is part of the company growth strategy to expand the availability of Everi slot games across the online gaming market, and joining forces with Spin Games will make it possible to achieve this.
