Spin Games and Nektan in social games content deal

The Reno, Nevada-based interactive games developer Spin Games LLC has completed a content development and integration agreement with Nektan (Gibraltar) Limited, a social and online games content and services developer.
Under the agreement, Spin will license HTML5 game content and the Spin Games Remote Gaming Server (RGS) branded The ROC to Nektan for deployment on its platform.
This will enable Nektan to offer HTML5 games in the UK and regulated interactive markets covered within its Gibraltar gaming licence.
The ROC, an HTML5 RGS designed by Spin specifically for the regulated US interactive gaming market, offers a broad range of game content. It delivers content on multiple platforms including IOS and Android as well as desktop applications.
Additionally, it has been developed with multiple game engines including slots, video poker, ball games, table games and Keno which support a volume of quality content.
Nektan is the creator of the hybrid ‘sklots’ skill and chance game concepts delivering unique games and end to end i-gaming technology which can be played across a variety of platforms from commercial operators to government lotteries. The Gibraltar-based company is focused on localised game content that bridges the gap between social, internet and mobile gaming.
Kent Young, president of Spin Games said that the agreement expands his company’s foot print within UK and European regulated interactive gaming markets.
“With our combined expertise we can expect significant traction and gaming yields,” he said.
