Sportech continues to seek a buyer

Sportech plc advised Tuesday that it remains in talks with potential buyers of the company, but has extended the timetable for seeking valid offers through the first quarter of 2018.

The online gambling and entertainment company also said ongoing sale talks may be terminated, or altered, and that there can be no certainty over a firm offer.

Sportech initiated a formal sale process in October 2017 following preliminary approaches to acquire the company (see previous reports).
