Sportech focusing on India

Pools and tote gaming supplier and operator Sportech PLC reported it is trading in line with expectations for the full year in its latest interim management statement released this week.

In addition to its migration of Vernons.com and Littlewoods Gaming.com to the Playtech platform , the group is focusing on the Indian market as it awaits the formal award of a licence to supply online pools products through its joint-venture partner Playwin.  A provisional licence has already been approved.
