Stars Group recruits top CRM manager

The Stars Group has announced the appointment as chief customer officer of Christopher Coyne, an industry veteran with over nine years’ experience .

Coyne’s c.v. includes management experience as chief marketing officer for Australia’s Crown Resorts, where he was a member of the executive board at the CrownBet online subsidiary, along with social games developer DGN Games.

Prior to that he spent six years at Paddy Power, where his responsibilities included head of eGaming and the group competitive intelligence unit.

Stars Group CEO Rafi Ashkenazi said in announcing the appointment:

“Christopher’s wealth of experience brings a level of senior experience across a range of gaming, entertainment, and consumer brands that will be a huge asset to us. I look forward to working closely with him to ensure the customer remains at the heart of what we do and to capitalize on our competitive advantages.”
