Streamlined Gaming Realms board

Gaming Realms plc’s reshaped focus on core activities and the disposal of non-core assets is the impetus behind numerous changes on the Board.

Group Executive Chairman, Michael Buckley, will assume the role of non-executive Chairman as of July 1, 2018 while Atul Bali and Chris Bell will step down to pursue other professional commitments.

The Company will now have three Executive Directors and three Non-Executive Directors.
