Online casino software provider, Swintt, has announced the acquisition of innovative developer, ELYSIUM Studios, in a brand-new venture that will bring a number of exciting new releases added to its slot line-up over the coming months.
The new collaboration between ELYSIUM Studios and Swintt will see the provider launch its games in regulated markets, giving operators and players alike an even greater range of gaming options at all of Swintt’s partner casinos.
Having already built a reputation in the industry for delivering high-quality titles that lean heavily into the latest gaming trends, the acquisition of ELYSIUM Studios will undoubtedly come as a major boost to both brands as they look to increase their customer base all over the globe.
With the team at ELYSIUM Studios having already played an important role in developing the visual art and animation for hit games like Red Tiger’s Dragon’s Luck the company has expanded in recent years to a point that it now develops its own in-house games with signature mechanics and bonus features.
Now that it’s joined the Swintt software line-up, the plan for ELYSIUM Studios will be to build their games on the SwinttPlatform and start by planning the rollout of several upcoming games.
David Mann, Chief Executive Officer at Swintt, said: “The acquisition of ELYSIUM Studios is undoubtedly a huge step for the company and one that will enable us to further cement our market position by further diversifying the Swintt portfolio, which now allows us to cater to player tastes across a wider range of regulated markets while also providing our operator partners with new content.”
“Having carved out a niche for themselves in the industry for providing high-quality titles that feature unique themes, innovative mechanics and signature graphics and sound, we couldn’t be more excited to be able to start working alongside such a talented team of developers. ELYSIUM Studios will certainly usher in an exciting period of game production for our company and we can’t wait to see how operators and players enjoy upcoming releases like I Hate Fairytales and Pirate Pledge.”
