EveryMatrix has completed a successful private strategic investment round that raised Euro 4.3 million while widening its shareholder base with Norwegian fund Strawberry Capital, owned by Petter Stordalen and other “select” private individuals.
Individuals who participated in the private investment round have been appointed as non-executive board members, Anders Böös – former chairman of IFS and Jan Gottlander, co-founder of Snow Software.
Investor Norbert Teufelberger, the co-founder and former chief executive officer of bwin, has been appointed Chairman of the EveryMatrix board.
“This is the first ever external investment into EveryMatrix. With more diverse skills and broader ownership at the board level, we are confident in executing our growth strategy and pursuing our long-term vision over the coming years,” Ebbe Groes, co-founder and chief executive officer of EveryMatrix, said.
“This investment provides our company with significant resources for improving our industry-leading solutions and deliver the necessary services to present and future clients,” Stian Hornsletten, co-founder of EveryMatrix, added. “The extended board will have a great mix of talent which I’m positive will help us professionalise the company further, accelerate our product innovation cycles and expand out global footprint”.
