Tipp24 rebrands as Zeal Network SE

Tipp24 SE is planning to rebrand as ZEAL Network SE to reflect the company’s wider strategic focus.

The rebrand proposal will be presented to shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in London on November 19, 2014.

The company anticipates the new name to come into effect soon after it hopes to receive majority shareholder approval.

Tipp24 SE consolidates revenues from its consumer-facing secondary lottery business under the Tipp24.com brand, offers business to business services for licensed lottery operators under the brands Lottovate and Lotto Network and operates its own lotto games, which include GeoLotto.
