Social betting operator TopBetta has employed the services of digital marketing platform provider OtherLevels to boost customer engagement.
The company is the first in the Australian market to implement web push notifications, a presser reads.
“This greatly expands a brand’s target audience due to its significantly higher opt-in rates, reducing the acquisition costs incurred by paid search and advertising.”
In addition, OtherLevels’ digital marketing strategists have been engaged to support and train TopBetta’s in-house team to maximise opt-in and engagement rates.
“We are very pleased with early results from using web push as a communications channel. It has already exceeded our ROI target seven and a half times within the short pilot period,” said Bryan Kelly, head of product at TopBetta.
