UK ASA upholds Mr Green TV ad complaint

Unusually Mr Green was the subject of scrutiny during the UK Advertising Standards Authority weekly meeting over a television campaign advertising its online casino where it offered twenty free spins on its Victorious game.

The root of the complaint stemmed from the terms and conditions not being displayed on screen at the same time that the offer was advertised and that when they did appear they were not easily legible due to the busy background.

The ASA ruled the ad had breached a number of codes and may not appear in its current form again.
