David Pemberton has been appointed chief operating officer of the UK Gambling Commission, effective June 31, an industry update said Wednesday.
Pemberton, who will oversee the regulator’s corporate services including HR, finance, IT, planning and risk, previously served as executive director at Business in the Community’s regional operations in the East Midlands and Yorkshire & Humber. He has also worked for Credit Suisse, PwC, Nissan, and Ford.
