Unibet finalises Stan James acquisition

Unibet Group plc’s acquisition of Stan James Group plc’s online business was finalised this week.

The acquisition price of GBP 19 million (adjusted for customer liabilities that Unibet Group will take over) was paid as cash up front today (Wednesday).

Stan James Online will continue to trade under the existing brand and through the current platform and its customers need take no action as a result of today’s announcement, Unibet said in a press statement.
