Vermantia in content deal with Iforium

Athens, Greece software development company Vermantia will integrate its proprietary gaming platform in Iforium’s Gameflex Casino Engine following an agreement signed this week.

The integration of Vermantia’s product will provide a wider choice of virtual, slot and instant gaming content for Iforium licencees.

In related news, Vermantia significantly expanded its international management team with the appointments of Tony Plaskow as head of sales & business development and Richard Clarke as head of licensing & games operation.

Plaskow joins the company having held management positions at Bally Technologies, IGT and St Minver, he will be responsible for the distribution of Vermantia’s virtual, instant, casino and social content to land-based and interactive operators.

Clarke will manage Vermantia’s casino, lottery and instant game distributon channels to online and mobile partners and will work towards developing a multi-channel strategy for the firm.   He joins the firm from Iforium, prior to which he served as head of mobile for Gala Coral and international technology director for Ladbrokes.

Carlos Silva and Mohit Chaddah will also be joining the team as sales director of virtual games and gaming technology manager respectively.  Silva previously held a similar position at Inspired Gaming Group, while Chaddah brings experience from various positions held at Coral, Unibet and Ladbrokes.
