Sports betting and gaming provider William Hill will be launching a new site williamhill.it for the Italian online market later this month.
The bookmaker and gaming firm will kick-off with a casino offering, shortly followed by bingo, poker and sportsbook and will be supported by an imaginative marketing campaign to maximise awareness of the brand in Italy, said a company spokesperson.
The Italian site has been a year in the making with Hills aiming at competing with domestic and international rivals for a substantial share in the estimated Euro 6 billion online betting and gaming market.
