Software and platform provider SkillOnNet has taken on a full portfolio of Williams Interactive (WI) Vegas-style slot games which will be integrated through WI’s Remote Game Server providing fresh material to various SkillOnNet online properties.
Interestingly affiliate sales and marketing outfit eGaming Online is reported to have been in contact with Jackpot Party.com affiliates informing them that SkillOnNet has also acquired Williams Interactive’s Jackpot Party.com.
The notice sent to affiliates and posted on eGaming Online’s website said SkillOnNet had acquired all Jackpot Party.com assets including the player database. Players will reportedly be migrated to a new website developed specifically for the migration titled SlotsMagic.com.
SlotsMagic.com is said to offer the same games as Jackpot Party along with “an extra 200+ games from providers such as NextGen and Amaya, exclusive SkillOnNet slots, a Download Casino, Live Casino and a variety of table games.
Affiliates were told via e-mail “As of today JackpotParty.com has ceased trading and can no longer accept Customers under our Affiliate Agreement. This letter shall serve as your notice of termination of the Affiliate Agreement.”
Jackpot Party will settle and pay all outstanding affiliate commissions up until close of business today and will be accessible to affiliates for another 30 days, the communiqué said.
