The Parx land casino in Pennsylvania is spreading its free-to-play social casino games business around, adding the Play4Fun site with software from Williams Interactive to its selection from GameAccount Network (see previous reports).
The Williams Interactive product carries popular WMS games and is designed for desktop and mobile users with iOS and Android devices.
“Our aim is to continue building an engaged online player community in the near term, while positioning our operation for any potential future legalisation of i-gaming,” Parx technical executive John Dixon explained.
In related news, the Casual Connect conference in San Francisco this week saw the launch of GamePoint Poker by the Dutch developer GamePoint, a prominent multi-player social games supplier on Facebook and through apps.
“We’re proud of this latest addition to our suite of social casino games,” said business director Rik Haandrikman.
“After extensive testing by GamePoint players on our own portals, we feel we’re ready to present GamePoint Poker to the world by launching it on Facebook. With GamePoint Poker, I feel we’ve created something that our players will love.”
Also launching new social games this week was the Korean developer GameSpring, which introduced its Baccarat Online 3D on Facebook, along with apps for iOS and Android mobile devices.
