Gaming firm Winneroo has acquired London-based marketing company Ludos Media and rebranded as Ludos Interactive to support a multi-brand strategy and the introduction of a B2B offer.
The deal includes Ludos Media’s Winzino casino brand and Ludos Affiliates partnership programme.
“We’re excited to bring Winzino and its existing customer base and revenues under the same company umbrella alongside the Winneroo brand,” said Jussi Halme, co-founder of Winneroo.
“Changing the business name to Ludos Interactive sets us up perfectly for further website launches and the introduction of a B2B service.”
The company revealed it will kick-off an investment round in the near future as well as making an advisory board announcement.
