WMS Industries will enhance its B2B game server and interactive content distribution with the acquisition of online gaming content provider Jadestone Group AB for an undisclosed consideration.
Termed as a “tuck-in” acquisition, Jadestone capabilities will enhance WMS’ portfolio of gaming content, online products and content distribution for online gaming companies while accelerating its strategy of further developing a suite of interactive products and services.
Jadestone primarily services customers in Europe which include Betfair, Betsson, bwin.party, Microgame, Paf and Unibet amongst other high profile gaming companies.
