I’ve never had any contact with them before until I registered and deposited USDT 1200. I tried to place my first bet but I got message “error” for all bets I attempted, even though they were big leagues, NHL, Premier League, etc.
I tried to get in touch with live support and email, but they all sounded like bots, responding “The Company reserves the right to refuse in participation in any bets at its discretion and without giving reasons”.
Which doesn’t make any sense, since I was a brand new customer, without any bet history or anything.
I had no alternative but to withdraw my USDT 1200 again, but they kept a chunk of the transaction cost.

But we have to admit that we acted according to our Terms and Conditions, which you accepted during the registration process. It is stated in paragraph 6.7 that “We reserve the right to close or suspend any Account without notice and pay back all funds.”
In your case, the reason is that we found one of your accounts that was using the loopholes in the system in order to take advantage of the company. As you mentioned, we returned the funds, though the transaction cost is outside of our control. Therefore, everything was according to the Terms and Conditions that you agreed with, and you had no significant losses while using our platform.
