I read alot of bad comments about the casino (coolcat). I just hope they send me my money. I play through all the requirements and i cash out $351.00. The withdraw department has told me that i been approved and that it takes 7-10 days to receive my money but in order to receive my money, I need to create a expresswallet or quick tender account. It doesnt make any sense to me because,I signed up for overnight express and was told by the live chat that I will receive my check through fedex. Then now I am told to sign up an account with expresswallet and I need to deposit a minimum amount of 50.00 dollars just so I can get my check?! What is goin on with these people. Will I ever get my check if I dont create an account?? Please respond!!

I am really upset with Cool Cat Casino. I won the BIG random jackpot and keep getting the run around about when I will be receiving it. I had read all of these poor reviews and should have listened before I got my hopes up about getting paid. I am waiting on $3800.00 and they tell me it has to be split up in three different checks and sent at random times. Who is Mr Davis and why is't he helping me?

Cool Cat, Slots of Vegas and Club Player are the WORST casinos I have ever dealt with. They rip you off. If you actually do get a pay out it takes 8 weeks to receive. I had a free chip of $50, played through the required amount and requested a pay out for the $100 jsut to see what would happen. The request was approved, but was taking so long that I spoke with the on line chat person and she said that I couldn't collect the money because I wasn't entitled to it. Why would they allow me to use a "free chip" and then say that the withdrawl was "approved" if this wasn't the case. Any casino affiliated with Cool Cat ect.. should be AVOIDED by anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off!

this is the best one spent 550 on no restriction bonuses last night today i logged in after of course no wins except 130 on a 5.00 spin mind you 550 dollars in then they put 75 dollars in my account with out asking but that 75 dollars has a restriction max take out 5 timesthats 375 so if i hit a jackpot i would only get 375 right thats not the best part did you know that if you bought into there comp points vip programe that that also is restricted to a 1 time cash out so if you turn in 500 comps and hit a 5000 jackpot you get 500 i did not know that till i told them tonight that i did not want free chips put in my account then they said that i would not get comp points cause there free chips aint that the biggest bs i ever herd i play all comp points on all other casino with no restrictionsmust be why you buy them here and earn them there lol glad i didnt buy my vip here thats my story and thats the truth

I won a video jackpot at Cool Cat, in spring 2010, and decided to withdraw $ 20,000.00. I had approximately $ 3000.00 "left over" and still wanted to try new games. I then played a few hands of Texas Hold em and 3 card poker. I was then told i forfeited my $ 20,000.00 because i used cash bonus to play the card games. I explained thet i already made a withdraw request for the 20,000 and was playing with the extras, which had nothing to do with the slots. They totally cancelled out my monies,. Hi Hubert,

Your funds have been reinstated to your account. The issue here is that when a player redeems a No Play through – No Max cash out bonus for slots and keno “only” any winnings associated to that bonus must come from slots and keno “only” otherwise the promotion is voided. In this case the player started playing Texas Holdem with the slots winnings and thus all winnings were voided.

I backtracked the account and credited him up to and only the winnings associated to Slots which he won fair and square for $20,000. In the future to play with Slots winnings such as these a player can request that an “approved” payout be returned to his account and authorized to play games outside the promotion. Payouts requested and then canceled by the player do not count.

well here it is 3/18 guess what still no transfer of winnings, now I am told that your transfers go to several banks before it gets to your account, no where is this posted on the site, and no where on the site are fees posted, also, I have over 17 chats, where all the csr's have been rude in one way or another Sophie says Raymond is new and does not know all the rules, Raymond says that is not true, managers watch your chats as I have had them pop in when the csr is at a loss for words.. then the manager tries to explain what an excellent casino they have and have been in business for many years blah..blah.. promises to get right on the situation and then it's back to the same old stories and the process starts all over again. Can't we report this casino? I swear they have a written script they follow, just to keep you on the hook. I have pleaded and be waiting and asked and done everything then I am told first you get approved, then 4-10 days to go to the processing dept,then 4-12 days to get processed, then 4-12 days to go into the queue to be paid then 4-10 or 12 days to be sent out, then to the different banks because of the laws of the state, yeah, I have never waited this long for a withdraw from anywhere else the longest was 5 days. I requested a USD $1,000 withdrawal on 22 Jan 2010, and a further 2 withdrawls on 11 Feb 2010. I received an email acknowledging my bank details for a wire transfer and was told there were delays and that my withdrawal would be processed by 17 Feb. Nothing arrived. I sent an email on 18 Feb and have no response whatsoever. I contacted support 25 Feb and was told the withdrawals dept were not working Thurs and Friday and to contact them Monday which I intend to do. I would have thought that if they were so behind with their processing they would put extra resource into it rather than the opposite. This is the first time I have had the run around from any online casino. After reading other comments, I am feeling even more nervous.

your commentCool Cat is a very shady casino. I cashed out almost 16K in July 2009 and the've paid out slowly in pretty small increments. I contact them almost daily and hear the same BS about processors and all the other jive. They do pay….slowly and with great expense to the players. $65 a pop. They aren't the fastest to pay but keep hammering them and expect to get dinged every time you get a payout. Best to avoid them if you have high blood pressure.

I have contacted Cool Cat Casino almost everday since January 25th, 2010 concerning my $1000 withdrawal. After playing there for several years and depositing this was the first time I successfully won and did not cancel my withdrawal. It took me literally one week for them to accept all my documents. They couldn't read this one or that one so I had to keep resending them by fax or scan over and over at least 3 times. This was finally achieved on Feb 1, 2010 so here it is Feb 12, 2010 and I contacted them yet again today about my withdrawal and was told by Henry that it wold be yet another week because they are behind in processing…big surprise according to all the online reports I am now reading I do not expect to get my money. When I asked the agent Henry, Eric, David, etc if I would get paid they all said 'YES" please be patient. What a joke. They offer big bonus chips but after you playthrough and if you are lucky enough to have any winnings you will never ever get it. Just the runaround. Well I will not be playing with Cool Cat Casino anymore. I finally got my withdrawl approved on the 4th of this month. It was 2 weeks longer than the 10 days. I had withdrawn 3000., and now they tell me that I could only withdraw 400. I would think that after all of the chat sessions with the withdrawl department…someone might have mentioned that to me? My problem is a bit different than those I am seeing here. I am a compulsive gambler who has willingly barred myself through the lottery committee from all and any gambling venues within the state of PA. I have requested at least five times over the span of 2 years or more, to have my phone number and email removed from the computers etc. at Cool Cat Casino. The first 2 times went fairly well but were ineffective. Having spoken now to three different people within the past 4 months and having them get increasingly rude – including one "Mr Gould" who said I just shouldn't gamble, I am very frustrated. UPDATE.. Today (July 10) I received a check from cool cat. It was minus my original bouns money as well as a $65 processing fee, but I did receive $1072.71. I made this request on May 29th. Two weeks from my request date I begin contacting them twice a day through the IM chat option. The "accounting" department does not take phone calls. Wonder why? lol I made every threat possible to these people. I could tell you each and every name of the people that work there. Although, I'm not sure it really isn't just one person who uses different names each day. It's funny, they always use american names. Go figure. lol All I can say is to be persistent. Make it a point to contact them repeatedly. Many times a day. It did seem that one person would attempt to help me more than others, she went by the name of Lilly. Well after being so happy winning $700 from my no deposit bonus and playing through as stated in terms and conditions. I requested to withdraw using Click2Pay and waited. Nothing from site so got onto livehelp. Very rude individual named Steven said that there is no way I can withdraw the money as it was a bonus and then ranted about how the sites rules were final. I explained I half expected this response after reading other reviews online about the casino. He was not happy and proceeded to remove the $700 from my account so that I could not even cancel check out and play with it??

I suggest that they fine tune their rules! Their casino is misrepresenting not only me, but anyone who plays and/or cashes out.

Being cautious about bonus money as I am, I verified the Rule with their on line host that their play through amount was $1250.00. I asked if I played through the 1250.00, the balance beyond that amount is mine to choose to either play or cash out. The reply was “that's correct”. I made the $1250.00 plus over $1000.00 but I cashed out (or attempted to) $850.00 in cash.

I sent my paperwork out on March 13, 2009 as requested. I received a message 2 days days later stating my identification was not clear and I thereby resent the information and the following day they said they received the information and a file had been opened.

On several occasions I checked the status of my withdraw on line and I always was rerouted to the Internet stating my questions have been submitted and someone will get in touch with me within 24 hours. That was a joke. It took about 5 days for just 1 response out of 15 submissions.

I then get a message stating that there was a problem with the processing to the United States and it should be cleared up very soon. I never heard of that kind of problem unless the casino was under some type of investigation. OK, so I was being nice and gave them a few days to respond. I get no responses and once again there is never anyone on line when I want to speak to someone and their 24 hours is far from 24 hours, basically that means don't contact us because we will not reply. They violated their own Rule (the famous 24 hour Rule)!! Their rules don't apply to anyone unless it is to benefit their casino.

I then get a message on March 27, 2009 that my transfer will be early the next week. By Wednesday of the following week I started checking to see what was up. I FINALLY get a reply on April 2, 2009 stating that they will wire the money sometime the following week and it mentioned that according to my bonus of $50.00, I was only entitled to $50.00. That was not the original rule as stated earlier in this letter.

I then went to the on line live rep and finally spoke to someone for the first time in almost 3 weeks. I mentioned briefly what was going on and they told me to hold on and never came back to the chat session. I logged in again and they told me to hang on again. She finally came back and said I was in violation (please give me a break) of the terms of the bonus because I played a game that was not allowed which was poker. If someone is not allowed to play certain games with the bonus then why isn't it blocked when customers log in to that game? I know for a fact other casinos have a pop up to advise them that the customer is not entitled to play that game when the customer attempt to log in to a game that is not allowed. She said since this was a violation, (which I know their casino looked through my play history with a fine tooth comb to find a violation so they did not have to pay) she was going to reset the amount back to $50.00 and strike my wire transfer of $850.00 off the books. I had $850.00 waiting to be transferred! They stole this money from me.

I advised this women not to do that until I spoke to the withdraws person the next day, but she ignored my request and erased it. She said the withdraws department approved it. How amazing. I was told that the withdraws department is only there during the day between 8 and 5 EST. This was about 9 PM PST (midnight EST).

Their casino never intended on paying out the money. When I know my play through was finished and the amount I decided to cash out was $850.00.

I live in Las Vegas and we run a genuine & honest ship here. No beating around the bush here. In this town, Cool Cats procedures and practices would not last 24 hours without one of the big bosses stepping in and straightening them out. Here the customer is number ONE. It's either you are in or you best ship out and fast!

I don't need on line gambling, I can go anywhere here and gamble. But my curiosity for the on line casinos had me investigating and playing them. The customer service here to our gamblers is of great importance. Too bad they couldn't get advise from a few casinos owners that didn't survive here.

I was told not to play their casino by my friends and now I know I should have listen to them.

I am not the loser, Cool Cats Casino will so be the big loser here. It will catch up to them. I would love to be a fly on the wall in their office. Or better yet strong arm them to get into their casino books!

LOL at this casino (cool cat). I deposited and lost a few times (never googled this scam site) and then was called by "lucas" who recruited me into further deposits. After being down approx $4400, I finally hit a jackpot and currently have a pending withdrawal of 5k. It just so happened about 8 weeks or so before this, I had a pending cashout that just sat there. After much frustration, I wound up reversing and playing it vowing never to come back. So stupid me, after phone calls from lucas comes back. This withdrawl is only pending for about 7 business days now and I know Im not getting it (AFTER googling this site after winning). But Ill get the last laugh–I just reversed all $4400 in charges—if and when these idiots ever process this payout, Ill use their check for toilet paper.

I have been playing at cool cat for about six months and have deposited at least 20K a month. When I finally decided to withdraw some winnings (10K) I received in about 6 weeks ($7500). On December 7th, I won 45K but was told that since it was with insurance loss bonus the most I could collect would be 15K. Furthermore the rules state that VIP Double Diamond players are entitled to 10K per week withdrawls. After almost one month I was approved for only 5K, which I still have not received. I have not been given an explanation as to why the remaining 10K has not been sent._

I would not recommend at all due to the way the payout. Should I receive my winnings I will gladly advise.

BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY UNTIL THEY GET WITHDRAWALS IN THEIR BUSINESS PLAN

RTG slot casinos in general seem to have tremendous problems with payouts. This applies at least the ones that have the highest bonuses (Prism, Cool Cat, Party City), others such as Rushmore and Club World, I'm not sure about, never had a payout opportunity with them.

As I've read with other posters and I agree, they have no problems at all with taking money. I have gotten a payout from Cool Cat, but it has taken 30-45 days, and their excuse as always 'having trouble with payment processor'. I thought I would give them one more try, and that was a mistake. I like another recent player, have an outstanding withdrawal that is almost 2 months old. I'm now getting ignored by the withdrawal department, or told every time that I'm "in the queue", or it'll be a few more days.

This is a pitiful excuse for a casino if they continue to treat customers this way. Until you see some happy withdrawal customers, I HIGHLY SUGGEST STAYING AWAY.

PLEASE HELP ME!! On Oct 1, 2008 I won a random jackpot using $900 and NO bonuses or FREE chips. They made me fax my paperwork to them 10 times to 3 different fax numbers. I received my first payment of $1,150 LAST WEEK, and another payment of $1,150 on Friday Nov.28th. They mentioned NOTHING about a $100 "processing fee" on each trans- action. To even receive these 2 amounts I had to file disputes with RTG (which is worthless) complain to withdrawals and Customer Support many, many,many times and heard EVERY excuse on why they couldn't pay me. They seem to derive great pleasure in telling you that it's all in their Terms and Conditions. Some of it is, like the ridiculous payouts of $1,500-$2000 at a time over the course of eternity. I only received $1,150 each time and they said it was because of "new rules" in the gaming industry. Finally 2 weeks ago and Friday after Thanksgiving I received my first and second payouts. I just read your review of CoolCat and can absolutely vouch that the comments on 48 hours or less payouts could not be farther from the truth. I just sent in a complaint telling you my reasons but if you review there payout Terms and Conditions you will be completely surprised. First,they state that it takes 7-15 BUSINESS days to "process" your winnings. Then they state that it takes another 7-15 BUSINESS days AFTER processing (which most people assume includes mailing or getting you the money)to EVEN get you the money in the method that you requested. This is approximately 1 MONTH before they have to send you anything! Also, this would be in a perfect world. It has taken them from Oct.1, 2008 until NOV. 20, 2008 to even get me my FIRST wire transfer. Also their T&C's state payouts are in the amount of $2,500 to $5,000, but, of course, my initial payout and the second payout I received on November 27, was only for $1,150. They know I have been upset over this extremely long and ridiculous payout schedule but chose to pay me in the smallest increments possible and blame it on their "processor". So, in reality, their "7-10" business days (but at the very bottom of the T&C's it says it could take up to 15 BUSINESS days) is really only the processor's time. It then states that it can take ANOTHER 7-15 BUSINESS days just to get you the money in the manner in which you requested your payout. So, please do not mislead innocent, naive people like me who were fooled by their deceptive verbage when I have only received $2,300 of an initial $7,000 jackpot since Oct., 2008. The casino offers very nice Bonus , but they are tricky , first you must wager the playtrought on slots , and after there is almost a limit on withdrawal plus the bonus they gave you. Sometimes the playtime is very slow and jerky.
On my case after several deposit i got the jackpot , made the 30x time playtrought and won around 11.000$ but since the where a limit on 10x time withdrawal a could only take 1.500$ that i am still waiting for about a month , asked for the withdrawal on the 25 of february…
As an overall expierence is fairly good , i will be better if i get my winnings in the near future.

I am also a "winner" at Cool Cat Casino. I dont even know why my withdrawal was denied and my winnings were taken, because I have talked to three casino-hosts with three different reasons. I withdrew about 2000$ and in my "account history" it said "withdrawal approved!". But after 14 days, I asked their live customer support about it, they told me it was declined. Wish I had read this page prior to depositing to this "STAY AWAY FROM!"-casino.

I signed up at cool cat casino for their 1000%explosion promotion.Iwon a total of 1400.00.I then contacted support and made a deposit of 100.00 which they gave me 1000% match bonus which gave me 1100.00 in my account.
The rules state that if you win 1400.00 or over they will give you a 400% match on your second deposit.
I played for a few hours hitting big dollar amounts on the slots.I was not for sure how long the second math deposit was good for so contacted live support and asked if there was a deadline on the second deposit which in reply i was told there was no deadline i felt releived because my first deposit was building a fair amount.
A couple hours into my play i hit a jackpot of 3058.00 so i contacted live support again to double check the roll over amount before i could cash out,in reply they said i would have to wager 25 times my inital deposit of 100.00 plus the 1000% bonus bonus i received which would mean i would have to play 25,000.00 before i could ever make a withdrawl.
But out of the blue they said they had made a mistake and added the second bonus to my account and i had won money that didn’t belong to me so they deleted my winnings.
I was on a roll and i feel this was done intentially.I feel i have been robbed by cool cat casino.
Although it was their mistake i should not have to pay such a harsh penatly.At all costs avoid the cool cat casino

And here’s another winner who didn’t get paid. After I accumulated substantial winnings I tried to withdraw. They told me that they had deposited a bonus meant for another player into my account by mistake and that I used this mistake to win my money. I was never informed about nor did I ever request this bonus and I DID NOT use it. Their excuse for not paying me is that I did not meet the requirements for the THEIR mistake deposit so I could not withdraw. I doubt there was a mistake. I think this was a deliberate ploy to avoid a pay out. To top it off, their support staff was rude and cold. I saved the transcripts of our live discussions as proof. Even though they admit their mistake they basically say “Get lost. You can’t do anything about it.” Avoid this casino like a plague.

I am so glad others have had such success with this casino. I have had a great deal of difficulty getting my winnings.
I won over $5,000 dollars. When I went to withdraw I was informed that with the bonus I had taken, I was only eligible for $1000, but that this time they would give me $2,000. This was June 20th. Today is July 14th and to-date I have not had my funds wired to me as I requested. I had all info to them that they needed by the next day. First Accounting had to do paperwork, then they wired the money to the wrong Routing number, last week they wired the funds to the wrong person. I was promised that today would be the day the the money would be wired. It’s not here.

Thats great anonymous! I also won at Cool Cat and enjoyed the casino very much until I cashed out a 3000 withdrawal . After almost a month they sent me 1280 and informed me that I only asked for a 1300 withdrawal. This after altering the acciount record somehow. I spoke to management and after posting my complaint was told I was mistaken! I was beginning to doubt myself UNTIL I noticed others had also complained of having their record changed! Thought I was alone. lol I even recall calling support and asking if they had 3000 to pay me with, which got an immediate, though slightly irritaed ,of course. MORAL Take a screenshoty of all wins and withdrawals. Better yet only play where there is playcheck and some sort of overseeing emblem.
